A Contract for Photography Services allows for establishment of good professional relationships and helps to prevent future misunderstandings by having a written agreement in place. This document defines the relationship of D. Sibley Studios in providing a service to the person or business receiving requested services. A General Contract for Services supports both parties by laying out a clear record of the price, duration of services, obligations, and other miscellaneous as noted, so in the event that one party disagrees, the other is protected.

A model release form is a standard legal document between the model and the photographer. The release form spells out how the photos will be used. It also releases the rights over to a client or company, and grants permission for them to be published.

If the model is a minor (under the age of 18 in most states), then the release form must be signed by a parent or guardian for it to be valid.

Employee Release Forms are used when photographing commercial businesses. This insures that both the commercial business and the photographer has permission to freely use images from their commercial photo shoot for publicity purposes. This release is to be agreed upon by the company and its employees being photographed.

The Accident Waiver/Release Of Liability Form is a document releasing both parties in an accident from legal responsibility. It's extensive in nature with regard to the legal protections for any person or persons, company or organization that is holding virtually, any event or activity, no matter what the risks, completely harmless from any liability whatsoever, for anything from Errors and Omissions to death, as a result of the event. The participant will hold free of harm and liability all persons involved in the event harmless for any damages at all, from Volunteers at the event to Senior Executives of any company or organization involved, from the time the person leaves their location to travel to the event to the extent of their stay and their travel back to their home location.
